Yamaha Other description
2008 YAMAHA XVS65AXL- V-Star 650 Classic, This is an excellent condition 2008 Yamaha V-Star 650. It has 11,230 miles, and everything is in great condition, tires, brakes, power train, all of the above. It is the gorgeous Cobalt blue color. With the exception of a 'back-up scuff' on the rear fender, the bike has very few blemishes. It was properly maintained and well-loved by it's former owner. This is the V-Star 650 Classic model, meaning it has long fenders, a comfortable seat for touring, a windshield and driver floorboards.More advantages of the V-star 650 are the fact that it is the lightest of the full-size Stars, which means great handling and performance are along for the ride, too. Dual exhausts, custom-looking clear turn signals, lots of chrome—the V Star Custom represents tremendous cruiser bang for the buck. Classic rigid-look rear end serves up 3.4 inches of rear wheel travel damped by a hidden preload-adjustable shock, offering up a great ride. 27.4-inch seat height lets riders get both feet on the pavement.•Estimated 49 mpg** means over 200 miles of riding before fill-ups.Financing as low as 3.99 is available, please fill out an on-line application for more information!

Just for a moment; leading the British GP
Tue, 12 Jun 2012Cal Crutchlow’s early exit at his home Moto GP last year meant we didn’t get to see his awesome potential at Silverstone. His two WSB race wins there in 2010 were pretty special as he dominated on the factory Yamaha R1, not least as he used some alternative lines and every inch of the track along the way. With his form matching the world's best in every event this year, on paper, this weekend should be his best chance so far to secure a podium or maybe even (making the dream come true!) take the first major class win in three decades.
Rumor: Yamaha Developing Inline Three Roadster
Wed, 25 Jan 2012French motorcycle outlet Moto Revue reports Yamaha is developing a new three-cylinder middleweight. Citing an internal Yamaha document, Moto Revue reports the new naked model will feature an inline Triple engine, aluminum perimeter frame, upside-down fork and a triple-pipe exhaust like the MV Agusta F3 and Brutale 675. Yamaha has produced a Triple before, offering the XS750 from 1976-1979 before replacing it with the XS850 in 1980 and 1981 (pictured above is the 1981 Yamaha XS850.) The potential new model is still likely to be years away, so its look is yet to be determined, though Moto Revue does have a rendering that borrows some of the design elements from the FZ8.
