Yamaha Other description

2005 Yamaha Star 650, This is the third time that we have had this 2005 Yamaha Star 650 for sale at our Dealership. People keep buying it, liking it and then trading it in for a newer bike. This is a Stock Yamaha 650. Its main features are an air-cooled 650 whose design is almost as old as I am, superior fuel mileage, shaft drive and a 64 inch wheel base that is not much different than the wheelbase of our 2012 Harley Fat Boy. A padded passengers back rest has been added at sometime during this Yamaha's life. It was traded in with a set of throw on saddle bags of medium capacity. Yamaha states that its color is RAVEN. To me, it is black. This Yamaha 650 has only 10,213 miles on its odometer and should be considered just nicely broken in and ready for a long life on the road. If you have a hankering for a mid-sized V-twin cruiser for not much money, please consider this 2005 Yamaha 650. If you call one of our Internet twins-Dave or Bob, they would be happy to arrange a test drive for you. (#072371)

The most apparent change from the previous generation TMax is the redesigned bodywork, which boasts an even more aggressive look while maintaining the classic TMax looks. The distinctive double headlights, enhanced accent lines, and an upwards-swooping LED tail assembly all lend to highlight the TMax’s sporting nature.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
