Here we have my 1993 FJ1200, it was an unfinished project. I put a fair amount of work into it and its almost complete. One clip-on needs replaced or heated up and bent back in to shape. The tank is dented and needs minor repair as do some of the body panels which are inluded. I rebuilt the carbs and had the bike running 2 years ago. The bowls have been drained and she should be ready to go. The bike comes with a maryland certificate of salvage which has been signed off by the maryland state police. If you are using it for parts....great. If you want to finish and repair check your local laws and how your DMV will deal with the maryland certificate of salvage.

Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer
Mon, 11 Aug 2014Yamaha has registered a trademark for the design of a sport-touring model based on the FZ-09. Filed with European Union’s Office for Harminization in the Internal Market, the trademarked design reveals a brand new model sharing the same frame and engine as the FZ-09 (known in Europe as the MT-09.) Discuss this at our Yamaha FZ-09 Forum. The new model will likely be compete against motorcycles such as the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and a rumored S1000RR-based model from BMW.

Not being a huge Ducati fan, when I was thrown the keys of this monster at Silverstone on Tuesday I was expecting an ill handling, weighty beast that would run out of revs and scare me to death. Fri, 04 Mar 2011DAINESE JERICO-R Being stuck up a mountain with your bike buried to the pegs in snow is not the best place to be a week before Christmas, especially when its 1200kms from home. Only owning perforated summer gloves is also far from ideal. This is the situation I found myself in and seeing as everything in Italy costs a million Euros, I wasn’t prepared to spend a fortune on a set of discontinued Oxford heated grips from the local motocross shop. A very pretty girl called Fanny at Chitrrai Yamaha, near Perugia, showed me the winter glove options.
