Yamaha Other description

Yamaha IT465 package for the collector or vintage motocross enthusiast. 3 IT465's plus over $2,000.00 worth of NOS & used parts. Basically I've watched Ebay for years & if an NOS part would show up that is no longer available from Yamaha I would buy it. These bikes are not in show condition but are in good running order & original condition. They have been garaged for well over 10 years & ridden very little. I was collecting them but no longer have the desire to keep them around. I would rather they went to someone who was going to use or restore them rather than have them sit here any longer. I'm getting too old for this kind of power. They would make the perfect package for a collector or couple guys into vintage motocross racing or be perfect for restoring. Many NOS & clean used parts including plastics, seals, bearings, electrical, decals, etc. I might be able to deliver within 500 miles or so of Pittsburgh, Pa. for around 40 cents a loaded mile to cover the cost of gas if agreed upon in advance or will gladly load to a shipper you arrange. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is required plus the balance paid before being shipped or half paid in advance before delivery. Both 1982 IT's (Blue) have Michigan on-road titles & the white 1981 has the original MCO. I am the 2nd owner on the white one (so I was told) & 3rd or 4th owner on the blue ones. A list of the parts is

Many believe these are 1 of the best bikes Yamaha ever made. My reserve price is a steal at $4,500.00. If they don't sell I'll list them separately & list the parts a unit.

Max Biaggi loses the plot . . and very nearly his teeth !

Tue, 29 Mar 2011

I’ve just got back from Donington Park and the second round of the World Superbike championship. The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.

Yamaha Tenere 700 Raid Prototype First Look

Tue, 23 Nov 2021

Return to sender Well the seat was a little high, at 34.6 inches, but that didn’t stop the Yamaha Ténéré 700 from doing very well in last summer’s blockbuster middleweight ADV comparison. Keeping it simple and keeping the weight down was a great recipe for success, and now Yamaha is fixin’ to take it to the next level with a Ténéré 700 Raid, for which this machine it showed at EICMA serves as prototype.
