Yamaha Other description

DESCRIPTION:

This auction is for a 1981 Yamaha XJ750R Seca. 23,512 original miles, but that will change since I do ride it occasionally.

New in 2012: Koni rear shocks, K & N filters, carb boots, and a rear Continental Conti-Tour tire. Oil change and full tune-up with NGK plugs & wires, carbs were cleaned and re-jetted for the K & N's at that time.

New in 2013: Fork seals, front Dunlop tire, clutch adjustment, N.Y.S. inspection.

The bike has a professional custom paint job. All emblems were removed and a beautiful metallic Blue base coat was put on. All emblems and pinstripes were hand painted then clear coat was applied. The exhaust is perfect. No scratches, dents, dings, rash. The bike is not a show bike but it is beautiful. It starts instantly, no leaks, smoke, or funny noises. Everything works like new. Other than the improvements listed above, it is stock. I have the original key, which operates all locks, and the clear N.Y.S. title. It has been professionally maintained and stored indoors. It runs really strong, and needs nothing. It is ready to ride. I am selling it because I have too many toys and the wife's riding me about it.

BIKE IS FOR SALE LOCALLY, AUCTION MAY END ANYTIME! This is the only 1981 XJ750R Seca listed on Ebay, and is one of a kind. I will NOT list it again this year. If it doesn't sell, she goes into climate-controlled storage until next May.
