Yamaha Other description

I am selling this old Yamaha because I just bought another bike. It is currently registered in NC and is in excellent condition. The paint is factory original and in great condition. There is one small ding in the tank and a scratch on the right headlight bracket. You can see the ding in photo 3. I have a replacement OEM bracket in excellent condition that goes with the bike. It starts up after about 3 kicks when cold, when warm it starts with one kick.  All the original documents come with the bike I can throw in a buddy seat in fair condition if wanted. The turn signals are not original to the bike. They came off my 70 CT1 and do not come with the bike.   This bike is a head turner and would do very well at shows. Pickup or shipping is buyers responsibility.  Contact me if you have any questions.  I can send a video or more pics. Thanks for checking out my auction.

Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.

2023 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+ Review – First Ride

Thu, 18 May 2023

Yamaha’s sports tourer middleweight receives an influx of technology for 2023 Astute readers are probably wondering why Motorcycle.com is publishing a First Ride of a bike that’s not coming to the States this model year. Our reasoning is that, thanks to the sleuthing of Dennis Chung, we suspect the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+ will be coming to the U.S. in 2024.
