1971 Yamaha AT1 125MX. #313288. Very few made and not many left. This is when they made bikes with steel and aluminum. No plastic except number plate. Bought from original owner year ago. Bike was last started in 1974. Through the years put in new Wiseco forged piston and crank seals. Never started. Frame and fenders have been pro painted base/clear coat. Fuel tank factory original paint.
Original 1971 Washington state title. Excellent chrome. Raced in early 70's. Longer than stock front forks, 21" front wheel,Big Mikuni carb,high flo air filter. Vintage race or add to your collection.

Yamaha has released new details for its Y125 MOEGI following the concept model’s debut at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. (Updated with video and hi-res photography.) We already knew Yamaha is equipping the MOEGI with a 125cc engine and the retro-styled concept looks to be exceptionally light. How light?

I’ve just got back from Donington Park and the second round of the World Superbike championship. The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.

Day 3 Dakar 2014: Barreda Maintains Overall Lead, Despres Catches Up

Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.
