1980 Yamaha MAXIM XJ650 7,067 ORIGINAL MILES
_- Stored in a living room of a luxury home in Telluride, Colo. since 2003 Last registered in 2001. We have tons of pics, feel free to ask for more . We aslo have the license plates from both Wisconsin & Colorado _- Fully functional , starts very easily . Does not smoke. +The oil & filter & plugs were immediately changed . I have ridden it twice. I would recommend having the carbs adjusted or synced. This bike is nearly 40 years old, and one should expect that it would show signs of aging or small scuffs and scratches. Nothing out of the ordinary . _-New Metzler tires front and back. New battery . Everything works _- Originally from Wisconsin , small pitting or discoloring in some areas caused from being exposed to humidity early in its life. Mostly surface discoloring /tiny pits or patina . Has two light indentations on each side of fuel tank near where the tank meets the seat . The seat has no issues . The bike does not leak fluid. _- Very clean , has not been detailed. This bike is just as it was when we purchased it . _-Original owners manual, tool kit and factory bike lock included _-Clear Colorado Title _-Local pick up available, shipping is buyers responsibility. Thu, 05 May 2011Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

We had a real diverse selection or bikes actually with a GSX1400, XJR1300, Triumph Speedmaster, MT01, A Yamaha R1 and my Triumph Speed Triple.
