Yamaha MX250 description

We have a 1975 Yamaha MX250 B for sale. This machine has been in our NOT FOR SALE inventor and it is time to let someone else appreciate it and ride it. It is an original machine. Never overhauled or modified.  The engine Serial number matches  the VIN. This bike runs and rides just like it should, despite its age. There is some disappearance and peeling of the black finish on the rear drive and brake hub. I didn't give it real deep cleaning as I did not want to subject it to any cleaning chemicals or high pressure water. Hot soapy water is what it got.

The paint on the tank is in great shape, No peeling or crazing. There is one small nick in than to the right of the gas cap ( See photo) . The spokes and wheels are solid, Tires are worn but there is plenty left to ride with, Front forks are straight  The sprockets and chain are good. The OEM seat is free from any issues.. It is ready to ride.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with,

We do require a $500.00 deposit that can be executed thru PayPal.   The balance needs to be paid either cash basis or wire transfer.

We are selling this bike FOB Loveland Colorado, It is almost impossible to quote blanket / accurate freight charges without all of the particulars. You can go to Uship, put it out there as an Ebay item and receive quotes on all types of private carrier rates.

We are not auction hounds, flippers or pickers. All of our cars, trucks and motorcycles have either came to us via trade ins or cash outs. We wont hide anything or pull the wool, That's not our style.  We will have more cars, trucks, motorcycles and a couple of aircraft for sale in the next few weeks, Please Stay Tuned.

International Buyers – Please Note : Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item up - do not confuse them for the additional shipping charges

Infamous Canadian Motorcyclist Found Not Guilty in 186-mph Highway Stunt

Fri, 25 Oct 2013

We don’t know if this is a case of a guilty man going free or of a braggart facing trial for something he didn’t do. Either way, Randy Scott, 26, was found not guilty of a Trans-Canada Highway run at 299 km/h in April 2012. The viral YouTube video of a Yamaha R1 rider weaving in and out of traffic was used by police to track down Scott with the help of a concerned neighbor’s tip.

Yamaha Files Suit Over Scooter Design

Thu, 05 Apr 2012

Yamaha has filed a lawsuit against a pair of Japanese companies alleging their electric scooter copies the design of the Yamaha Gear BX50 scooter. The Yamaha Gear  BX50 (pictured left above) is a 50cc four-stroke scooter sold in Japan as a commercial-use model, aimed for small business such as newspaper distributors. Yamaha has been offering the BX50 (and the BX50N variant) since 2007, selling 39,917 units as of December 2011.

Yamaha Champions Riding School Returns To NJMP

Fri, 24 Jan 2014

Good news for those saddened to hear the Yamaha Champions Riding School would not return to Miller Motorsports Park in 2014: the school is back, now operating from New Jersey Motorsports Park. The change in venue doesn’t come without a slight change in the instructor lineup. Nick Ienatsch and Ken Hill will still lead the way, joined by Mr. Daytona himself, Scott Russell, but a new addition to the star-studded instructor lineup has also been added: none other than Larry Pegram.
