injected 2nd generation R1 superbike-- so this thing is a rocket, with a
more upright stance and civilized power delivery-- a gentleman's sport
bike. Adjustable front and rear suspension
Engine puts out nearly 150hp-- more than many cars! You are unlikely to find the torque or power lacking . . . ever Upgraded Rizoma handlebars, Rizoma LED turn signals (front & back), CRG levers, frame sliders, upgraded touring windshield. Bike has MIVV Carbon fiber GP style exhaust installed, and the stock Yamaha exhaust will come with it. Also includes 2 detachable soft panniers, and 1 pillion bag by Nelson-Rigg/ Fieldsheer. This motorcycle has been well cared for, always parked indoors, brand new rear tire, front has about 1500 miles; fork seals replaced 2months ago; brand new battery. Think You’re a Smooth Rider? Yamaha’s SmartRiding App Will Prove It
Fri, 04 Oct 2013Yamaha has released a new app that records and evaluates riding habits. The free Yamaha SmartRiding app (available now in the App store) uses the Apple devices sensors to measure basic telemetry to evaluate how smoothly you handle curves. The app requires the device to be firmly fixed to the motorcycle in either a vertical or horizontal arrangement (the app is compatible with iPhones, iPods and iPads, though I’m not sure how many people will mount a tablet to their motorcycle).

2012 Yamaha YZ250F Announced
Thu, 09 Jun 2011Yamaha revealed its 2012 YZ250F motocross bike with a number of updates. The 2012 Yamaha YZ250F gets several engine refinements including a new 39mm carburetor, compared to the 2011 version’s 37mm carb. The piston and piston pin are said to be lighter, while the connecting rod and counterbalancer are also new.
