Yamaha FZ description

2005 Yamaha FZ6 with 5,855 Miles This is a nice clean bike that looks really cool with its attractive blue paint. It has a four cylinder, four stroke, liquid cooled engine, with a DOHC and four valves per cylinder. There is a six speed transmission with a chain drive. Ignition is digital, starter is electric and it has twin disk brakes on the front wheel and a single disk on the rear wheel. This bike would make a great commuter with the smooth power of its four cylinders and the smaller fuel sipping engine. With only 5,855 miles on the odometer, there are many miles of trouble free riding still to come with this motorcycle. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

Not one to rest on its laurels, Yamaha’s sportbike/scooter hybrid, the TMax, was unveiled earlier today at EICMA with a few important upgrades to keep it ahead of the competition. The most apparent change from the previous generation TMax is the redesigned bodywork, which boasts an even more aggressive look while maintaining the classic TMax looks. The distinctive double headlights, enhanced accent lines, and an upwards-swooping LED tail assembly all lend to highlight the TMax’s sporting nature.

Thu, 26 Sep 2013

Yamaha is recalling 2011 Vino Classic scooters because of a problem with its brakes. More specifically, the brake shoe linings may separate from the shoe due to a lack of proper adhesion, reducing brake performance and increasing the risk of a crash. The problem can affect both the front and rear drum brakes.
