Yamaha FZ tech info
Yamaha FZ description
I am selling a 2001 Yamaha FZ1. This bike has been recently gone through from front to back to make sure everything is tight and right. This includes a brand new paint job. This bike is ready to ride and needs nothing! The FZ1 has the same base engine as the Yamaha R1 with a slightly different tune. This bike is very, very fast and fun to ride. One of the nicer features of the FZ1 is it's upright riding position which is more comfortable than the typical sport bike position. It's much nicer for longer rides on the highway than, for example, an R1.
The bike currently has 34,266 miles on it and runs great. The tires are in good shape with plenty of tread left. Extras included with the bike are a full decal set (silver), frame touch up paint, and an extra set of brake and clutch levers. It runs great, it sounds great, and it looks great. I have clear title in hand.
There is some cosmetic damage on the engine and clutch cover which can be seen in the pictures.
