Yamaha FJR description

Yamaha FJR 1300 Sports Touring Motorcycle with Fiberglass Pneumatic Operated Trailer

This is Yamaha's Flagship Sports-Touring Motorcycle. I'll let all the ones not familiar with this model to check out the reviews as there are just to many to mention. This is an original owner motorcycle with just 5200 miles. This bike is absolutely mint condition, you will not find a nicer 2008. Included with the purchase is a Fiberglass pneumatic operated trailer which compressor operates off 12V car or truck battery from wiring harness, or trailer functions work just great with manual portable air compressor. Trailer was designed to make it simple for rider to load and unload motorcycle very easy. Trailer will lower to the ground...Trailer door opens...Just pull motorcycle in until front wheel lock engages...Secure motorcycle with mounted floor straps...Close door...Raise trailer lift...and your off.

Day 2 Dakar 2014: Sunderland Wins First Special Stage

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

Honda won the second day of competition with Team HRC’s Sam Sunderland claiming victory in the first special stage of this year’s Dakar. Sunderland has had a frustrating time at previous Dakars, dropping out after three days of racing in 2012 and withdrawing a month before last year’s event due to fracturing both his wrists. Today, however, Sunderland made a grand entrance into the club of elite riders by brilliantly winning his first special stage of this year’s Dakar. Having started well behind his teammate, Joan Barreda, the 23-year old Brit superbly overtook Michael Metge and Juan Pedrero on the first part of the route.
