Yamaha FJR description
Up for sale is my 2006 Yamaha FJR 1300 that is in SHOWROOM CONDITION! I have been the owner for the last two years and have run 100% fully synthetic Mobile 1 motorcycle oil in it. The original owner who had the bike for about the first 16,000 miles was an aircraft mechanic who absolutely babied this motorcycle! Last year the Yamaha dealer performed a $1,000 service that included new platinum plugs, flush and fill of the cooling system, flush and fill of the brake lines, new Michelin Pilot Road 3 (tri-compound) tires, synchronization of the throttle bodies and complete check of all systems.

WSBK 2013: Nurburgring Race Report
Tue, 03 Sep 2013Tom Sykes has taken over the lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings after splitting race victories with Chaz Davies at Germany’s Nurburgring circuit. Both races ended prematurely however with red flags during the final laps. Pata Honda‘s Jonathan Rea and FIXI Crescent Suzuki‘s Leon Camier both crashed on the 18th lap of Race One after running into oil spilled on the track from Pedercini Kawasaki racer Federico Sandi‘s ZX-10R.
1999 Yamaha YZF-R1: 165-miles
Wed, 05 Dec 2012This is what auctioneers would call an 'investment grade vehicle'. I'd call it a bit of a waste. This 1999 Yamaha YZF-R1 has only covered 165-miles since new, that's an average of 12.6 miles a year..
