I am the original owner of this 2003 FJF1300 Sport Touring motorcycle bought in Canada in 2003; odometer is in Km (69678), speedometer in KPH and MPH. I had the custom paint done in 2004 by Exotic Concepts; there are a few minor scratches and chips after 9 years and 43,000 miles that can be seen in photos. It has a Wilburs fully adjustable shock, Progressive fork springs, Staintune SS mufflers (Austrailian),1 1/4" handlebar risers,Throttlemiester cruise control, forward pegs as well as standard pegs for long riding days. custom made seat, 2" taller windshield with flip up as well as shortie windshield for Summer.,heated grips, new tires and battery. It carves turns like a sport bike, is very fast and the hard bags have soft liners included . Runs great, rides great.looks great. Contact seller with any questions before bidding. The story leading up to the opening round of the 2013 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike season was whether anyone would be able to keep up with defending champion Josh Hayes. After all, the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha rider dominated the competition last season winning 16 of 20 races including a string of 10 in a row. The season-opening round at Daytona International Speedway appeared to start on script with Hayes qualifying in pole position.

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
