Up for sale is a 1972 Yamaha DT250 Motorcycle. Clear Title. 5,479 original miles. Built in 3/72. All original. Frame # DT1F-128805. Engine # DT1F-28805. It does not run, has been sitting since the late 1980s. Motor turns over with tons of compression. Has spark. Front and rear brakes work as they should .Shifts through the gears. Bike is complete. Gas tank is solid. Inside is clean with no rust. Chrome has little to no pitting. Everything is solid, no holes. Paint is super nice, only one tiny ding on left side of tank. Tires are original, show some dry rot. With a carburetor cleaning and battery would make a nice running vintage 1972 DT250 Yamaha motorcycle. Please see all pictures before bidding. Mark Miller To Ride For Vercarmoto In 2014 TT Zero

American Miller is seen as a specialist in the category and boasts a respectable track record in the Isle of Man TT Zero class with the runner up position in 2011 and 3rd place in 2012 to go with his 2010 race victory. The American is also one of only three riders to break the prestigious 100mph mark around the iconic 37.73 mile TT Mountain Course on an electric bike, a feat he achieved in the 2012 race.
