Vincent All description

A sheet which never got issued into the philatelic world.

Tuvalu philatelic bureau went into dispute and breakdown over contract with the printing company over errors and printing issues which saw some of the small island dependency sets not getting issued.

There are sets that did and are recognized by Scott and S.Gibbons.

This from the Union Island dependency is a set of four pref stamps depicting the following:
$2.50 Boxing
$4.00 Italian pursuit team, Cycling
$1.00 Hockey
$1.75 Ingamay Bylund on Aleks, Dressage

Apparently the issued sets were printed by House of Questa

An interesting sheet with history.
