You will be bidding on a Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent silk dress, size Large.  Dress is 100% silk, white with black, pink, and dark pink geometric print, vee neck, short sleeves, banded waist with a drawstring, straight skirt, above the knee, triangle opening in back with connecting straps, like new condition.  

All measurements are taken with the garment flat and unstretched.

Length: 33” (shoulder seam)

Thank you for looking at my auction. I strive to give a full description of the item that I am selling. However, if there is a question I have not answered in the listing, please feel free to ask. I am reasonable and will work with buyers if they feel that they have been mislead by the listing in some way or that the item was misrepresented. If you do not wait for the combined invoice, it is very likely that the items will be shipped separately and that you will pay full shipping for all items. 

I commonly ship through USPS priority shipping, this keeps my cost down because I can do all my shipping from home.  If for some reason you have a special shipping request (e.g. international shipping, first class, parcel post, etc) this will reflect a handling charge as I have to purchase the shipping materials and make a trip to the post office to ship these items.  Therefore, to make shipping more economical for me and you, I stick with priority. 

Please understand that this is a consignment business which supplements my income, many items were not owned or worn by me and therefore I cannot provide an extensive background I can only tell you what I see. Also, I live in a smoke free, but not a pet free home.  However, I have miniature schnauzers which I have been told are hypoallergenic and don't shed... please make your own judgment.  Items are commonly qualified as

New with tags = they are brand new with tags, never worn but, probably tried on;

Like new = no tags, with no signs of wear or washing;

Excellent Used = Item has been worn and washed, but has been well cared for and shows very minimal signs of wear if any;

Gently used = Item has been worn and washed, has been well cared for, but there are light signs of wear, possibly light piling or color fading but, no holes or stains;

and Good used = Item has been well worn, has some piling and wear in more obvious places under arms, thighs, or pockets (for example), but defintely has some life left.  All items are checked for holes, wear and stains.  Most items with such defects are not sold, however if the garment is still wearable the defect may be noted and still listed.  Please read the listing thoroughly.
