Delivery:

Our aim is to despatch items within 2 working days of payment being received, although due to stock locations some items may take a little longer.

Please note that international orders over £40 will be sent via 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR' post to ensure a safe arrival for your high value order. This will incur an additional £5 on top of standard postage costs. Please take this into account when ordering.

Returns:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURNS NUMBER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES

UK returns need to be received by us within 21 days of order quoting Return Number given by customer service. Airmail returns post date needs to be within 35 days of order and must have an Returns Number given by customer service.

Any items returned as faulty will be tested and if no fault is found, the item will be sent back. Any items not required can be returned within the returns period quoting Returns Number but they need to be in new condition and any defects upon arrival will invalidate the return. Only the actual item price will be refunded, no postage costs.

Lost items:

We will issue replacement for items not arrived within Royal Mail specified times, however we need to be made aware of non-arrival within the following timescales:
UK - 21 days, please allow 14 days to arrive
Airmail - 35 days, please allow 28 days to arrive
