Shipping and Delivery:

We ship all deliveries within 24 hours of payment, Monday through to Friday. We will ship your item(s) same day as ordered if payment is received by 1pm Atlantic Standard Time. All items are securely packaged and well protected for your delivery. We offer a standard shipping on all products through Canada Post Lettermail. This option does not include a tracking number.

We offer the option of upgrading your shipping to Tracked Parcel for $10.00 extra. 

Payment:

We accept PayPal only and require payment within three(3) days of purchase. Otherwise an upaid case will be opened and the item will be relisted unless we are contacted and an extension of payment is requested.

Returns:

All sales are final; refunds are offered for defective items.

Any defective item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. The item must be returned within 7 business days from the day the problem was reported. If we are unable to replace your item, a full refund will be given.
