Dr. Phibes Rises Again (DVD) Vincent Price Caroline Munro NEW (1972, COLOR, 1 hr 29 min,  'PG' rated)  Has a different bar-code over the other bar-code on back of case. BRAND NEW - STILL SEALED IN SHRINK WRAP FROM THE FACTORY- USA Region 1  - NOT a Bootleg or Import!!!

If not what you expected when rec'd, please contact me to arrange for refund of bid and must be returned to me in 14 days.

I will ship with delivery confirmation: First Class Mail via USPS within the United States only.  International Buyers – Please Note: International bidders welcome, but postage may be a lot more- e-mail me for a quote, and international bids are in US Funds only and payment by pay-pal only. Also I will not lie on the customs forms- PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PERSONAL Cks, CASHIERS CKs or M.O.s per eBay, not me, they are forcing us to offer only PAY-PAL as the only method of payment- email me with any questions.
I can combine shipping on items won. Since I sell different types of items, just e-mail me to let me know which ones you are looking at and I can weigh them up and get you a quote on the combined shipping costs. Please note that I normally charge a little more than the actual shipping costs ( apox. $1 to 1.50) to cover the expense of boxes, bubble-pack bags, plastic bags, packing supplies and gas to the post office.

SHIPPING POLICY:  If the item weighs 13 oz or less I will ship with delivery confirmation:  First Class Mail via USPS,  within the United States only. I ship by First Class because it is faster and I have had bad luck with media mail packages getting lost.
I'm a film collector as well as a dealer on eBay, so I take care in shipping my movies to other collectors. First I wrap it in plastic, then I sandwich the Item or Items between 2 pieces of cardboard, wrap masking tape around it and put it in a padded envelope, so it weighs a little more than throwing it in a bag and shipping it like most dealers do, so it costs a little more.  But if it does weigh more it will go Media Mail. We try and ship every other day and most of the time on Saturday morning but, to be fair I state in my eBay descriptions that I ship within 3 business days, this is due to me being partly disabled and lost my job, (6 bad discs plus one in my neck) we will get these items packed and shipped as soon as my back lets me, or if I am down with the back, my wife helps with shipping. So if anyone feels that the item did not get mailed quick enough it was the postal carrier's fault and WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW FAST THEY DELIVER. So will you please, please consider this or contact me  before leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback or 1, 2 or 3 stars in the Seller Ratings for the shipping time or shipping & handling charges. Thanks, Ray
