This is the vintage racing nickel-plated brass, spigot mount - AMAL TT10 smooth-bore RN Carburetor with variable degree Brass float bowl. These are the predecessor to the GP Carb. - with remote Needle to left of mixing chamber. 1 1/8in. venturi/inlet size. For many performance and competition applications. This carburetter is in good condition inc. good nickle plating and, is complete (no choke fitted). Suitable for Vincent competition applications; BSA pre-unit Goldstar singles, very suitable for big Matchless singles - G50, G85, G80TCS, AJS 7R, Norton International, Manx, Velocette and many racing and competition applications. Condition is good - slide is a good fit in mixing chamber bore, all internals are in very good condition; all threads are good and jets, needles - all good. Bonhams To Auction Bruce Smith Collection Of Original Illustrations
Fri, 11 Oct 2013On October 20, Bonhams will be auctioning off a collection of original illustrations by Bruce Smith from the 1960s and 1970s. Each one will be signed by Smith on heavy cartridge paper. The collection is comprised of cutaway illustrations of a 1963 Royal Enfield Interceptor 750cc, Chris Vincent’s 1964 BSA 650cc A65 Race Outfit, and a 1966 Greeves Racer, the largest of this series being 45cm x 62cm.
