2015-16 Upper Deck Update Vincent Lecavalier Exclusives (From 15-16 SPA) 51/100

Payment:

Payment is due within 24 hours of the end of the Auction (or accepted offer).  Payment for Buy It Now purchases is due at the time of purchase.  Paypal is the only accepted method of payment.  DO NOT ASK ABOUT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT.  ALSO, DO NOT PAY FOR AN ITEM BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE (UNLESS IT IS A BUY IT NOW).  PRE-MATURE PAYMENTS WHERE THE SHIPPING CHARGE HAS NOT BEEN ADJUSTED WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED AND REFUNDED.

IL residents pay 9.25% sales tax.

Shipping:

Combined shipping is possible for items won within 24 hours of the end of the first item (example:  item 1 is won on a Monday.  Item 2 is won the next day, Tuesday.  Item 1 and 2 qualify for combined shipping.  Item 3 is won on the day after item 2.  Item 3 can be combined for shipping with item 2, and item 2 can be combined with item 1, but all three are not eligible to be combined).  Combined shipping costs will be $0.50 each for cards 2 or more for domestic shipping (within the US), and $0.75 each for international buyers.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic shipping will be done via USPS with tracking (unless specified otherwise in the listing).  Cards will be shipped in a top loader (or other acceptable form of protection) with a penny sleeve, and in a bubble mailer (or other form of protective container).  WE WILL NOT SHIP ITEMS IN PLAIN ENVELOPES!  The exception on shipping in top loaders is for redemption cards.  Since condition is not important (only that the card has not been scratched), it is at our discretion as to the use of a top loader.

International (ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD THAT IS NOT THE UNITED STATES) Shipping:

DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES OR CHARGES TO SHIP TO SPECIFIC COUNTRIES.  ALL INFORMATION NEEDED IS LISTED BELOW.  ASKING THESE QUESTIONS WILL DO NOTHING BUT SHOW THAT YOU CAN'T READ AND THAT YOU SHOULD BE BLOCKED.

International shipping will be done via USPS International mail.  Purchases totaling $50 and over require Registered Mail for tracking purposes.  The charge for this has been set as standard for the listing.  Items selling (or total purchases) less than $50 have a shipping charge of $7.75 for the first item, and then the additional per card charge.  Invoices are changed to the lesser shipping charge manually after the auction/purchase is complete.  Do not pay for the item until you have received the invoice (unless your item has sold for $50 or higher, and it is not combined with another item, since the charge for Registered Mail is automatic).  The purchase price will be listed on the customs form.  Do not ask to have a lesser amount listed on the form.  We will not honor that request, since it is against the law.

*Due to USPS changes in shipping prices on 1/27/14, international shipping costs will be higher to offset the cost. I am sorry for the change, but when they raise their prices, I am forced to do so as well.

Video: 180bhp N2O injected Vincent

Tue, 21 Feb 2012

The Greek God Epithemeus - the name of this three-wheeled, 180bhp Vincent record breaker - was the brother of Prometheus. Epithemeus (meaning afterthought) was the creator of many dangerous, ill thought-out beasts. Unlike his dilligent brother, Epithemeus was a bit of a f**kwit who threw everything at his powerful new animal creations with little thought of the consequences. A perfect name, then.

Thu, 22 May 2014

The upcoming Bonhams Banbury Run Sale is set to be a motorcycle enthusiast’s dream, with 102 lots of iconic bikes available to the highest bidder. Within the sale, an intriguing duo of Brough Superiors will be offered for auction from a family synonymous with motorcycles for generations – Myerscough. The motoring history behind the Myerscough family began in 1893 when Leonard Myerscough opened a business repairing and selling bicycles, followed by motorcycles and automobiles. At the peak of this business, five locations serviced the Liverpool area under the banner L Myerscough & Sons Ltd. Encouraged by his father, the eldest son, Len Jr, took up dirt track racing in the late 1920s, enjoying success as a contracted team rider for both the Belle Vue Aces and Preston teams from 1928 to 1931.
