Vincent All description

1982 St Vincent 75th Anniversary of Scouting Set Overprinted Specimen. Mint never hinged. These stamps are from one of my late father in law’s stamp albums. I know little about stamps and so I have decided to put them on eBay a page at a time or as sets if loose stamps. Any descriptions are either from the album or as written by my father. So good luck in bargain hunting. I will be putting many further pages on eBay in the coming months. I will combine postage.
