Vincent All description

Just in time for Halloween, I am pleased to offer a 16mm sound B/W print of House Of Wax starring  An associate burns down a wax museum with the owner inside, but he survives only to become vengeful and murderous. This a vg tv print with great picture and loud sound. This is a b/w print, but still lots of fun on a big screen. Never have to worry about fading. Very light tv wear, not too many splices, very few if any lines,  very enjoyable otherwise. Complete, has full Warner's opening.    More fun on 16mm then a blue ray!   On two full 1600' reels ready to run. Low cost opening.  No odors. No reserve! Proper shipping required, foreign orders welcome but may only purchase through eBay's Global shipping process, any other way is not allowed. Please pay within 2 days of auction, no exceptions unless I get an email explaining thank you. Good Luck.

Record Breaking Vincent Black Shadow Is Top Seller At Bonhams Auction

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

A fully restored, ex-works 1952 Vincent Black Shadow was the top selling motorcycle at the Bonhams auction, held at the International Classic Motorcycle Show at the Staffordshire County Showground on Sunday, April 28, selling for £113,500 (US $176,341 after premiums). This Black Shadow was part of the factory’s bid to set a new 24-hour speed record at Montlhéry in France in May 1952. Mechanical troubles prevented that from happening, but the team still came away with eight records, including six hours at over 100 mph.

Ever since The King threw his leg over his ’56 Harley-Davidson and the Black Rebels rolled into Carbonville, the combination of motorcycles and rock have been as combustible as gas and spark. Early moto-rock lived for the most part on the fringes of pop music, in the pomped-up rockabilly of guys like Eddie Cochran and Gene Vincent.
