SAMPLES from this set in the scan. BUT the SINGLE NAMED PLAYER ONLY. Size is approximately 1-1/2" x 2".

This stamp is from a Major League Baseball licensed set apparently released in 1989. There are 27 in the issue, originally on 3 sheets of 9 stamps each.

One sheet, titled "1988 Award Winners" has the 1988 MVPs, Cy Youngs and Rookies of the Year as well as earlier Award Winners -- Ted Williams "MVP 1946 & 1948", Willie Mays "ROY 1951" and Gaylord Perry "Cy Young 1972 & 1978".

On the other two sheets each stamp has the designation "Rookie 1989" for 14 current rookies such as Ken Griffey Jr, Randy Johnson and Gary Sheffield. Also included are 4 HOFers -- Babe Ruth "Rookie 1915", Carl Yastrzemski "Rookie 1961", Gaylord Perry "Rookie 1963" and Johnny Bench, "Rookie 1968".

Some later St Vincent stamp sets are listed in the Beckett guides but this series has not yet been included.

Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.
