For Sale is a 2006 Victory Vegas 8 Ball. Bike is Black/Charcoal, new handle bars, brand new Saddleman Cruis'n Deluxe saddlebags with Edge Ghost brackets installed, rear tire and rim have less than 1000 miles on them. The front tire is getting low on tread and should be replaced soon. 20000 mile service was completed by Smokin Joes in Caledonia, Michigan. Bike has 22676 miles on it. Valentino Rossi has finished on the podium eleven times in his twelve visits to Phillip Island across all three GP classes. The only race at Phillip Island that he did not finish in the top three was on his first visit riding a 125cc machine in 1997 when he finished sixth. In 1998 and 1999 he won the 250cc races and since then has had nine podiums in the premier-class including five victories, the last of which was in 2005.

We had a treat last month at the AMA Pro Flat Track season finale, joining the packed grandstands in Pomona, California, for some thrilling dirt-track racing you can read about here. The action on the half-mile dirt oval was intense, with Kenny Coolbeth taking the checkers, but it was Jared Mees who won the championship after his eighth-place finish. While most of the tracks in the series are on simple ovals, there are two TT circuits on the schedule.

With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.
