2011 Isle of Man TT Recap
Fri, 10 Jun 2011The Isle of Man TT usually provides a lot of drama, and this year’s event was no different. John McGuinness, second on the all-time TT wins list, added two more wins to his resume to win the Joey Dunlop Trophy while MotoCzysz once again fell just short of taking the bounty for being the first electric motorcycle team to record a 100 mph lap on the Mountain Course. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.
Polaris Reports Q2 2013 Results
Tue, 23 Jul 2013Polaris Industries reports a 11.8% increase in net sales and a 14.6% increase in profit over the quarter ended June 30, 2013. The company earned a record $80 million in profit in the quarter, compared to $69.8 million in the same quarter last year. Max Biaggi sucking on a dummy
Mon, 11 Jun 2012You can't fault Max Biaggi's performance on the track at Misano over the weekend, bagging a double-win on hia Aprilia, but you have to question his podium celebration. We're not sure what's going on here, but suspect it's something to do with his son, who was at the track for the first time to see his old man racing. Perhaps it's Biaggi's way of dedicating his victory to his son or could it be Biaggi's way of saying he's no longer spitting the dummy, something he's earned a reputation of doing over the years.
