2005 Victory Hammer , 15,500 mi, new oil at 15k, just replaced drive belt and exhaust gaskets. Tires were new at 10,000. This baby has great power with a 100ci (1634 cc) v-twin -- great for highway merging/passing power! One of my favorite features is the 6th gear for highway driving which really comes in handy. I get about 125-130 mi/tank, or about 33mpg. Sleek all black paint with no emblems; has upgrades: stage 1 exhaust/intake kit (drag pipes) with baffles for back pressure; rear turn signal LED strip conversion, rear taillight upgraded to 2008 style LEDs (much brighter); license plate relocation and vertical mount. Playboy Playmates Vie for Cover of 2013 Victory Motorcycles Brochure – Video
Thu, 14 Jun 2012Playboy and Victory Motorcycles are working together in a promotion that will see a Playmate grace the cover of Victory‘s 2013 brochure. Fans can vote for one of three Playboy Playmates to appear on the brochure at PB-Victory.com. The Victory motorcycle that will appear with the winning playmate will later be auctioned to benefit Operation Gratitude, a non-profit organization that sends care packages to United States service personnel stationed overseas.
World Speedway in SoCal
Mon, 31 Dec 2012World Speedway competition came to Southern California last weekend and after 23 events involving 18 of the world’s fastest riders Americans swept the podium at the Monster Energy World Invitational. In front of a record crowd inside Industry Racing’s Grand Arena, Americans Billy Janniro, Greg Hancock, Ricky Wells and Billy Hamill (pictured above) took the four top spots in a night of fierce racing. Withstanding sub 50-degree temperatures the capacity crowd enjoyed the drama and excitement of the 20 events leading up to the semi-finals and final. Throughout each set of heats, the crowd was on its feet, and giving the riders all the support they could ask for.
2014 World Supersport – Phillip Island Results
Mon, 24 Feb 2014The 2014 World Supersport season opened in dramatic fashion after a red-flagged restart turned the 18-lap race into a five-lap sprint, with MV Agusta making a triumphant return to the top of the podium for the first time since 1976. The Supersport event began with a hard-fought battle between three-time champion Kenan Sofuoglu, Kev Coghlan and Michael van der Mark. Sofuoglu and his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R held a slim lead over Coghlan’s Yamaha R6 and van der Mark’s Honda CBR600RR when the race was halted after CIA Insurance Honda rider Jack Kennedy suffered an engine problem and leaked oil onto the track.
