If goods are sold after 3.00pm your order will be dispatch the next working day. This rule also applies for Saturday and Sunday purchases. RETURNS

Although we sell remanufactured Alternators and Starter Motors, each and every single last one is fully tested on our test bench before being sent out to our customers. Any part found to be defective during our strict testing procedure will be replaced and the Alternator or Starter Motor will again be re-tested. NO units are sold and dispatched unless they have passed our strict performance and quality tests, so you can be sure that the Alternator or Starter Motor you purchase from us will work perfectly on the vehicle. N.B: There are many other components on the vehicle that can hinder the performance of any Alternator and or Starter Motor. If you still have a problem once our part has been fitted, you must seek Technical help from either a local garage or you can contact our technical helpline: 011 44 161 2838331 In addition, if this part requires any technical information, this will be enclosed in the box, with your Alternator or Starter Motor. If an item fails within the 12 month warranty period, a replacement unit will be dispatched if in stock and the suspect unit will be collected, all postage costs will be covered by us. NO labour charges or expenses incurred for installing or removing this part will be covered. If a replacement unit is not in stock, then your suspected faulty unit will be collected, remanufactured and sent straight back to you and at no extra costs to you. If the suspected faulty item is collected and found to be working perfectly, you will be contacted and advised accordingly. In addition, collection fees of US Dollars 19.50 must be paid due to the cost we incurred by miss-diagnosis. By purchasing this part, you are agreeing to our warranty procedures.
