 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 I only ship usps priority shipping which is a bit pricey
however it is trackable and I will therefore not use first
 class international shipping.

 
If you are buying overseas you will likely be charged some
 kind of import tax, VAT, duties, etc. from your country's
customs office.  You the buyer, will be responsible for
 all extra charges that your country places on the item you
purchase from me in the USA.
 
In addition I will not lower the purchase value on the
 stated value section of the customs form, nor will I call
 the merchandise a gift.

 SHOE AND CLOTHING FITMENT

 To minimize the hassle of returns for both you and me,
 please check the actual measurements given for all clothing
 items.  If you are interested in a pair of shoes,
 I would be glad to measure the insole, etc. so you
 can make sure they fit.  Just let me know if you 'd like me to do that.  Sometimes a particular item
 just doesn't fit right and I will be glad to take a return
but the buyer will have to cover return shipping charges for items
 that do not fit.  I would also recommend in returning an item to purchase some form of tracking and insurance.

SENDING A MESSAGE WITH OFFERS
 
If you make me an offer lower than my lowest offer setting I
will not see that you made any offer nor any message you
 sent with your offer if it gets declined.  I have a
 lowest offer setting so I don't have to look at every $1.00 offers
 or other ridiculously low offers all day.  So if your offer gets declined I will not see it unless I look
 specifically at the item's offer history.  If your
 offer gets declined but it seems it is pretty close to what
 I am asking please send me a message outside of the "offer
 terms" or I might not see it.  You can do this in the
