OBD2 Digital Chip Tuning box is the first in the world module of its type.

OBD2 DIGITAL CHIP TUNING BOX:
It differs from other chip boxes as it is plugged into the OBD II interface, and so the installation takes place inside the
car cabin. Once plugged, the OBD2 tuning box receives the data from the ECU and adjusts all the variables in a way that obtains significant increase in power and fuel savings.

NOW, HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?
Our OBD2 tuning box contain an extraordinarily fast (24MHz Atmel) Microchip processor with in-built FLASH and SRAM memory. That memory contains a 3D table of contents called a map. The map provides information about fuel injection, amount of fuel, supercharging pressure, temperature of supplied air, air density, RPM, throttle position and other variables. New OBD2 tuning box adjusts the received data in a way that causes increase in power and torque and decrease in fuel consumption. However, the tuning box modifies all the data within the limits set by the manufacturer. It means the engine is always protected along with the manufacturer warranty.

RESET BUTTON:
OBD2 chip tuning box can be used in another car, provided that this vehicle have the same fuel type. When you decide to mount your chip in a different car all you have to do is to unplug the chip and press the Reset button for 2 seconds. In this way you delete the settings written in the memory of the chip and the module is ready to receive new data from another vehicle.

FITTING:
This is a once-off process which you have to carry out only when you plug the OBD2 for the first time. It takes only 1 minute and could not be easier in comparison to oridinary chip boxes available on the market:
1. Attach the device into the OBD-II 16-PIN diagnostic connector.
2. Turn the ignition on for 30 seconds.
3. Turn the engine on and go for your first drive.
4. After one day of driving please RESET the chip. Simply press the RESET button and hold it for 2 seconds while the engine is on and the device is plugged in. The reset button is located inside the chip where you can see a little hole. After plugging the chip in a correct way the lights on the chip will go on. Those lights are controlled by the controller of the car and the manner of their working can differ for each car model. In some vehicles the LEDs go on continuously, for some they blink and for others they blink and then light up permanently. Again, the way the lights go on is not the key issue. The most significant aspect is for the lights to go on as this is the sign that the chip works.

WHAT IS OBD-II DIAGNOSTIC CONNECTOR ?
The OBD-II standard specifies the type of diagnostic connector and its pinout, the electrical signalling protocols available, and the messaging format. It also provides a candidate list of vehicle parameters to monitor along with how to encode the data for each. There is a pin in the connector that provides power for the scan tool/OBD2 Digital Chip Tuning Box from the vehicle battery, which eliminates the need to connect a scan tool/OBD2 tuning box to a power source separately. Finally, the OBD-II standard provides an extensible list of DTCs. As a result of this standardization, a single device can query the on-board computer(s) in any vehicle.
OBD-II standardization was prompted by emissions requirements, and though only emission-related codes and data are required to be transmitted through it, most manufacturers have made the OBD-II Data Link Connector the only one in the vehicle through which all systems are diagnosed and programmed. OBD-II Diagnostic Trouble Codes are 4-digit, preceded by a letter: P for engine and transmission (powertrain), B for body, C for chassis, and U for network. The OBD-II connector is required to be within 2 feet (0.61 m) of the steering wheel (unless an exemption is applied for by the manufacturer, in which case it is still somewhere within reach of the driver).
