All of our NEW items come brand new in the original packaging. Being a Real Brick & Mortar Bicycle Shop, the FULL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY is honored with your purchase. Our Customer Service Team will assist in any claims should something go wrong. Products without packaging, damaged packaging or Take-Off products are indicated within the listing. Combined Shipping Discounts

Combined shipping is the most frequent inquiry we receive from customers. To offer customers savings on shipping, we offer discounts when shipping multiple items from our store. We cannot issue refunds on shipping once an order is finalized so please follow the 4 steps below and ask if you are having trouble with the discount before you make a purchase.

(3) Building your Cart Once the cart has been built you need to select the same shipping option for each item
(4) For the Most Saving! Compare First vs Priority as sometimes priority can be cheaper and it gets there faster!

When comparing costs, please make sure you changing the shipping method on all the items for the shipping to combine. Not all orders are eligible for a discount and if you follow the steps then the shipping rate is accurate. We do not send separate invoices for shipping and again, we do not give reimbursements

Shipping & Handling

*Please note* The estimated delivery dates during checkout are estimated by eBay, not us, and do not reflect actual handling time. Please review the policy below for accurate shipping and handling times. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us first.

• If payment is received by 4:30 EST, your order will ship the next day Monday-Friday. If the order comes through after 4:30 EST, your order will ship in two business days. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
• Once an order is finalized, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. There is no guarantee that your order can be canceled or changed once it is finalized.
• Orders placed after 4:30 EST on Thursday ship on Monday. Order placed after 4:30 EST on Friday ship on Tuesday.
• International Buyers are responsible for import taxes or customs fees and will not be included in your shipping charge. Please contact your local customs office before purchasing to see if fees will apply in your country.

Returns

If we send the incorrect item then we will pay for the return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.

All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from purchase date through the eBay Return Center. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. If retail packaging is missing or damaged, your return will be denied. Returned items without a Packing Slip and Return ID will be denied.
