You will be pleased to know that like most vendors here in Japan, we offer strictly official, Japanese issued, 100% authentic items (unless otherwise noted: on rare occasion we may offer an official/genuine European or North American edition of a product).

Is the OBI included?

Absolutely!  This item comes complete with it's original OBI (if you don't see it in the item photo, don't worry- sometimes we use stock photos- but be sure, this item is complete with its original OBI).  

We accept payment by Paypal. 

	How does it work? As soon as you purchase the item, you will be taken to the check out page to pay with your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will simply enter your card information on the secure page, and payment will be made immediately to our account.
	Do I need to register with Paypal? No. Through special arrangement with eBay, buyers who buy on eBay don't have to register with Paypal to send payments to sellers.

Shipping & Handling:

Air Mail (14-21 day delivery on average, no tracking, no insurance)

World wide (most countries):
$5.00 for one CD/DVD, and only $2.00 for any additional CD/DVD. If you purchase a 2 CD set for example, it will naturally count as 2 CDs ($5.00 + $2 for shipping, as it's a heavier item and will cost more to send).

EMS (3-7 day delivery on average, with online tracking, insurance)

World wide:
$16.00 for one CD/DVD and only $3.00 for any additional CD or DVD.




Returns / Exchange Policy:

You are welcome to return your goods for a refund, within 21 days of purchase. In order for a refund to be issued, the following terms must be met: the goods must be received at our return location in Japan, in the exact condition they were sent to you (ie. new items cannot be opened or have their seals tampered with in any way). The package must be returned using a method of shipping with tracking (registered mail, for example). This gives you (and us) proof that the item was in fact received at our returns location, before a subsequent refund can be issued. Please also note, that we will issue a refund, minus our original cost of sending the item to you, plus associated eBay costs (approx. 15-18%). These will not apply, in cases where our team clearly made an error (we sent the wrong item, for example). In case of any issues, we encourage you to contact us first, in order to resolve any discontent and provide a resolution that is fair to both parties, and within the framework of our terms outlined above.
