2004 Vento Rebellian on 2040-motos

2004 Vento Rebellian, The last owner said it was a 250cc. The brake light is broke from the mount (can be glued on easy enough), Front and rear fenders are cracked. It has some scratches, It does run and move under its own power. I believe it needs a new battery and tachometer. I bought it as a project I was going to keep, But I have too many other projects so it is time for this one to move on. It is missing some pieces, I think it is all just cosmetic pieces. I put a brand new carburetor on it trying to get it running better. But it still runs a little rough at partial throttle. I hear it could just be that since the battery is dead that the ignition system doesnt have enough power. The starter works but is unhooked at the moment. I wont ship it. You buy it and it is up to you to either pick it up or have someone pick it up, I dont have the time to drain every fluid or even a pickup to get it anywhere.
