    Very nice looking 1979 Harley-Davidson Sportster bike built from various parts and years as a street tracker to resemble a dirt track racer.  This was a project bike built in Florida for a series of do-it-yourself articles in American Iron Garage all-tech magazine a couple of years ago.  The bike was running fine when parked in storage more than a year ago, but has not been strarted in a while. The brand new tires obviously need to be aired up, the oil should be changed and the battery might need to be replaced.  Note the high performance Progressive Suspension rear suspension.  The front brake fluid needs to be topped off and bled before riding it. Dual drilled disc brakes up front single disc in the rear.

Selling 20,000 units since its reintroduction in 2019, the Speed Twin had once topped the charts as Triumphs best selling model before being unseated by the likes of the excellent standard Trident 660, and now the equally impressive TR400 machines. For 2025, the Speed Twin 1200 not only gets enhanced electronics by way of an IMU and slight styling upgrades, but is also now joined by a pointedly sport-focused RS model that ups the ante of what a modern classic is capable of.
