Special Edition 2022 Triumph Bonneville Gold Line Models Announced

Eight special edition modern classics for one year only Following the introduction of the limited edition Street Twin Gold Line model, Triumph announced it is giving the rest of its modern classics the same treatment. Unlike the Street Twin, of which only 1,000 units were produced and promptly sold, the new Gold Line Edition models will be produced only for the 2022 model year and will not be limited to a specific number. The eight models receiving a special edition Gold Line Edition are: Bonneville T100 Bonneville T120 Bonneville T120 Black Bonneville Bobber Bonneville Speedmaster Bonneville Street Scrambler the Scrambler 1200 XC the Scrambler 1200 XE Each Gold Line model will come in a special color scheme edged with hand-painted gold pin-triping.

Things are coming along nicely in the Speed Triple camp. I’ve finally removed my gaffa tapped heated jacket controls from the tank, and fitted a pair of Bridgestones sticky but durable BT-16’s. Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2012 and 2013 Triumph Daytona 675, Speed Triple, Street Triple and Tiger 800 because of a flaw in their turn signals. Several members of the Motorcycle.com forum network’s TriumphRat.net community have reported issues with turn signals breaking off, and this recall appears to address the issue. According to Transport Canada, the supports for the front and rear turn signals were incorrectly manufactured and may break.
