The bags were never even on the bike until we took them out of the packaging and put them on. It has heated grips and seat and a really cool adjustable windscreen. It has a passenger backrest and I have all the keys and books for it as well. It is a 1 owner bike and it was serviced at the Triumph dealer in Asheville NC. It's up to date on the services.
