Triumph Tiger description

2012 Triumph Tiger 1050 SE ABS, 19k miles. Engine guard, hwy pegs, Twisted Throttle lock, heated hand grips, brand new adjustable Madstad windhield, all three panniers. right side one has a scratch which will be repainted professionally. Runs like new. Full tune up done at 17k miles. Plugs, filter air and oil, valves checked, all fluids changed. X chain with Michelin pilot pros with 50% life. 115 hp. IMO best Adventure bike next to the KTM but at about 5k cheaper. Ducati and BMW are way to expensive for routine maintenance, and overpriced IMO. More pics if interested.  The best bike I have ever owned and Ive owned a lot. Just need the cash but I wont talk to lowballers so dont try. Last year of the Tiger. in 2013 switched to the shaft drive Exolorer. 135 hp yet slower than the 115 hp Tiger. Tiger has a 10k rpm max. This thing goes and handles like a Ninja.

2012 Triumph Street Triple sighted

Fri, 03 Jun 2011

Whilst sauntering home from work the other evening, in a double-take I stumbled upon a 2012 Triumph Street Triple, the one with the 675 engine. Thinking that I had discovered a 'scoop' that this bike was being previewed in Islington I hastily took shots on my (un)smart phone - only to find out that the 2012 Street Triple has already been released to the streets of the UK. Peers have described the new slanty lights of the Speed/Street Triple as 'looking a bit mongoloid' but I have to disagree.
