Triumph Tiger description

Triumph's Tiger sport-touring motorcycle combines highperformance, superior handling and good looks. It is powered by a three-cylinder inline engine with a displacement of 955cc. The engine develops 104 bhp and 67 ft-lbs. of torque. Power is transferred through a six-speed gearbox and chain drive to the 17-inch aluminum rear wheel. This 2006 Caspian Blue Triumph Tiger is equipped with color-matched hard side cases and a trunk. Also included are Engine Protection Bars and a Centerstand.

In a recent Motorcycle.com Review, Tor Sagen took to Circuito de Cartagena [map] race-track on the 2009 Triumph Daytona 675. Photog’s Jason Critchell and Paul Barshon caught the action as Tor rocketed the machine around 3.506 km (2.179* Miles) of track. Luckily for us, some awesome shots were caught in the process.

Triumph is celebrating the 500,000th motorcycle produced in the John Bloor era with a tour across the United Kingdom with English stand-up comedian Ross Noble. The landmark motorcycle, a one-off Triumph Speed Triple, is the 500,000th unit produced by the modern Triumph Motorcycles company since Bloor revived the brand in 1990. Carrying VIN number 500,000, the milestone Speed Triple features a special red, white and blue color scheme with the triple-cross of the Union Jack on the fuel tank.

The 36th annual Ride for Sight fundraiser kicks off June 6-8 at the Lindsay Exhibition in Lindsay, ON., with proceeds going to support the Foundation Fighting Blindness – Canada’s largest charity supporting over $25 million in sight-saving research. Friday night, the party gets started with its first ever barn dance, complete with mechanical bull. Saturday morning at 10 am, riders depart the Lindsay Exhibition for a 90-minute motorcycle parade.
