Triumph Tiger description

This 1967 TRIUMPH TR6 TIGER 650 was restored a few years ago to virtually concours condition. (97 points??). It has now been sitting in my collection for a few years and some of the shine has gone from many of the nuts and bolts. It would not be difficult or expensive to have this hardware re cad-plated. The bike started as a very nice original California model in good running condition and no major mechanical work was necessary. Good running and riding condition with a brand new battery. New rims, spokes and tires (5mis). New exhaust. Many, many new parts too numerous to list. Speedo reads 9000mis which is probably correct. The engine is strong, has good compression and runs great. The restoration was slow but was finally shown at the Willow Springs Corsa Classica concours a couple of years ago.and then the bike sat in my collection for 2 yrs. I changed the oil again. put fresh gas, a new battery and rode about 5 mis a week ago. There ia a clear title in my name and has a California certificate of non-op , so no back charges are due. I do not have the original tools.

Triumph Announce New Street Triple Lineup For 2023

Wed, 02 Nov 2022

Limited Edition Street Triple Moto2 Edition Headlines The Show Triumph has announced a shakeup to its ever-popular Street Triple range today, introducing not one, but three evolutions to the family, creating what it says is “the most powerful Street Triple range ever.” Building off the success it has forged by being the sole engine supplier for the Moto2 racing category, Triumph now introduces the Street Triple R, Street Triple RS, and the Street Triple 765 Moto2 Edition – the latter of which will be relegated to just 765 units worldwide. Unlike Honda, whose CBR600RR engine was the basis of the Moto2 category during its birth, Triumph has used the racing category to advance the 765cc three-cylinder engine shared between the race bikes and production bikes. The latest Street Triple range is the beneficiary of those advancements.

Sulfur Yellow Triumph Daytona 675 Highlights New 2012 Colors

Tue, 15 May 2012

Triumph announced a number of new paint schemes for several of its models. While the new options are for the most part merely cosmetic, the lone exception is the new sulfur yellow 2012 Triumph Daytona 675. We’re not quite sure it’s good marketing for a color scheme that reminds you of the smell of rotten eggs, but the sulfur yellow Daytona 675 also sports a number of upgrades.
