Purchased brand new May 2015 from Extreme Machines in NJ. Bike has less than 1000 miles on it. Selling because no time to ride, hate to let the bike go but the wife is the boss!! Bike is in like new condition serviced regularly.
Some upgrades have been made to the bike including. Adjustable Shorty levers Remus Hypercone slip on exhaust (exhaust map done by dealer) Triumph bar end mirrors Evotech tail tidy ( not pictured ) Title in hand ready for a new owner to appreciate the bike. Rain Forces Triumph Castrol Rocket Team To Look To Bonneville 2015
Tue, 30 Sep 2014The past two weekends have produced more than three inches of rain and sad news for Bonneville land speed racing fans.Triumph has released it official statement regarding the announcement by Mike Cook’s Bonneville Shootout that the course will not be ready for its Triumph Castrol Rocket streamliner and others to make a 2014 FIM legal attempt at 400mph. This is not what you want to see the week before racing on the Bonneville Salt Flats. According to the PR; the exhausts offer a considerable gain in performance over the stock items (dyno results below), with a significant weight reduction. The stock exhausts top the scales at 7.2kg and with the top-of-the-range carbon slip-ons, the weight is shaved down to 3.5kg.
Triumph Turn Signal Recall Affects 3,799 Motorcycles in US
Mon, 01 Apr 2013A recall initially announced in Canada for turn signal stems on certain 2012-2013 Triumph motorcycles has now been announced for the U.S., affecting 3,799 units. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recall affects the Triumph Tiger 800, Tiger 800XC, Tiger 1050, Speed Triple, Street Triple and Daytona 675, as well as their various R versions. As described in the Transport Canada recall, the supports for the front and rear turn signals may be prone to fracturing.
