Triumph Teases Speed Triple 1200 RR Prototype

Faired Speed Triple tabbed for 2022 model year Triumph has started teasing a new faired version of the Speed Triple across its social media channels. Details remain scarce, as Triumph seems to have planned a long teaser campaign (and we know how much our readers love those), but we can form some conclusions based on the images we’ve seen, and on the name: the Speed Triple 1200 RR. From the name, it’s obvious the sportbike will be based on the Speed Triple 1200 RS, with a similar cast aluminum frame and 1160cc Triple which claims 177 hp at 10,750 rpm and 92 lb-ft.

French Moto Website Anticipates Versys 1000 at EICMA 2011

Musings of a liter-size engined Kawasaki Versys have circulated the web for a few years now, as loyalists of the likable Versys 650, as well as displacement-driven riders waiting in the wings, have pondered the potential of a more powerful adventure bike from Kawasaki that’s in the same league as BMW’s R1200GS and Yamaha’s Super Tenere. 2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple Neutral Indicator Recall Expands to US

One of two recalls recently announced for the 2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple in Canada has now been announced for the U.S. Following the earlier recall announced by Transport Canada, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced a recall for the Speed Triple because the neutral indicator light may incorrectly remain lit when the motorcycle is actually in gear.
