Triumph Street Triple description

2012 Triumph Street Triple, NEW - MSRP $8,899 - Updated for the 2012 model year, the Street Triple has a more contemporary look with bold new colors and graphics, stylish brushed metal finishes and aggressive new headlights shared with the bigger Speed Triple. At the heart of the Street Triple remains a character laden version of Triumph’s unique 675 cc triple, delivering 108 PS and 69 Nm of torque. It’s so good you’ll have trouble believing its only 675 cc. The torque and sound of the liquid-cooled 12-valve triple, combined with a close ratio 6-speed gearbox produce an exciting, exhilarating ride that has made the Street Triple our best selling model since its launch.

While the new options are for the most part merely cosmetic, the lone exception is the new sulfur yellow 2012 Triumph Daytona 675. We’re not quite sure it’s good marketing for a color scheme that reminds you of the smell of rotten eggs, but the sulfur yellow Daytona 675 also sports a number of upgrades.
