Triumph Speed Triple description

Selling my 2000 Triumph Speed Triple. I've owned the motorcycle for the last three years and I am the second owner. This particular Triumph was actually built in England. Last year when Foothills BMW / Triumph did their annual maintenance / tuneup, we ordered specific parts from England to keep motorcycle as original as possible. Always garaged and never abused. Is a great bike and very FAST! The motorcycle as carbon fiber Performance Exhaust, Corbin aftermarket seat, and carbon fiber rear turn signals. Lastly I also have the Triumph Tank bag to go with the bike.

The motorcycle does have a chip in the paint and a scratch on the fairing. SEE PICS.Title in hand

What’s Old Is New Again – Video

From the wire wheels, the minimal bodywork, and the exposed engines which give off a thunderous bark, I’ve always loved looking at old Triumphs, BSAs and the like from the 60s.  I’ve never owned one though. The reason is simple: old British bikes are needy little maintenance machines notorious for the odd oil leak.

R&G Drop proof Triumph Speed Triple

Mon, 16 May 2011

Over the years R&G have been the brand known for being the originators of crash protecting bolt-ons. I asked them for a stack of products to fit to the 2011 Speed Triple to see what difference they make. The thing about modern day sports tyres is they offer huge grip when fully leant over, but we are often too nervous to make the most of this, simply because the British road surfaces are changeable and largely unpredictable.
