Triumph Other description

I am selling my 1970 matching numbers Triumph TR6R Chopper this bike has 4 years of collecting older rare parts to make this bike possible.

The bike has about 5000 miles on the rebuild which was a complete
down to the crank rebuild . Then put back together with not only rare parts on the outside but even more rare stuff on the inside .

Joe Hunt magneto for the ign system

new dual 1 3/4" pipes with mufflers

The front forks have been tore completely down and rebuilt and painted .Good new tires on front and back, mini drum on front .I do have the original dual leading triumph wheel if buyer is interested in running that instead. 16 MT90 on the rear .

Lots of lowbrow customs parts on this bike also ,everything done and put on this bike has been of good quality and is a solid bike.It is not a show bike but is a perfect example of a Triumph hardtail (rideable) chopper ...A lot of the flashy show bikes you see couldn't run 25 miles next to this bike .This bike has been tuned and little things  that came up in the 3 years I have rode it has been fixed .Reason I say little is because there has never been a major issue with the bike and I don't for see any.You can't build this bike and debug it for what I am asking ...

I have rode this bike the last 3 years and it has been a rock solid bike , however I have other bikes and do not get to ride this one as much .

Bike has been painted with Roth Bad AZZ Blue metal flake of various sizes mixed into clear coat.

Instead of letting it sit and not being enjoyed I am going to part ways and let someone else have fun with it ...This bike has some small scratches and bumps being a chopper and being a 3 year old build that has been ridden and been worked on . So it is not a show bike it was a rider ,but don't let it fool you or worry you this bike is a awesome bike and out shines any little scratch or what have you on it. You will not be disappointed !!!!

Same old same old  ...Buyer assumes shipping  or pick up responsabilities ...$500 deposit with in 24 hours... full payment with in 36 hours ....I will store the bike for no longer than 1 week after purchases ( unless we discuss something different)

2013 Triumph Tiger Sport Announced

Thu, 10 Jan 2013

Triumph revealed a new version of its 1050cc Tiger named the Tiger Sport. Triumph currently lists this new Tiger Sport beside its Tiger 1050 on the Triumph website’s 2013 offerings but the new model appears to be a replacement for the previous model which has been relatively unchanged since its introduction in 2007. Officially unveiled at the Brussels Motor Show, the 2013 Triumph Tiger Sport receives new body panels, tail and windscreen but perhaps the most notable design change is the new single-sided swingarm which better shows off the black cast aluminum alloy multi-spoke rear wheel.

Not a fake police biker

Fri, 03 Aug 2012

So yesterday I was threading my way through London on Triumph's Tiger Explorer 1200 with panniers. Quite a wide load. Up ahead, I see a police biker and reckon on him being able to part the traffic enough for me to have an easier run down by the river.

2024 Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400 X Review – First Ride

Mon, 26 Feb 2024

Two new lightweights that deliver vastly different experiences The folks in Hinckley have been busy in recent years bolstering Triumph’s reputation as a two-wheeled powerhouse of tech and performance. In the past six months or so, however, it’s also been releasing new models across its product line and entering highly competitive segments that are new to the British marque in the modern era. Now, with its new 398cc liquid-cooled, four-valve Single, the company is poised to attack the lightweight/entry-level class.
