Here is the description I got from Paul Buccola who owned it for over 30 years. Up for sale is one completely restored Cheney /Triumph 500 MX I was told there were less than 50 of these produced with the twin 500 I bought the bike 8 years ago from a guy here in California and was his fathers since new . It was negleted through the years and needed to be restored I took many pictures and took it all the way apart , Took original 1971 Triumph engine to Performance Cycle and had them completely rebuild the engine and transmission Cases and head were tumbled and covers were polished I have the original 2 into 1 down pipe and is in perfect shape and re chromed Frame and components were striped and nickel plated to orignal Hubs and akront rims were polished and laced up with stainless spokes from Buchanan INC.One fender was missing and the other was a plastic one I contacted Simon Cheney and he found new front and rear fenders , Tank decals , and some other small missing parts I needed . Wed, 04 Jan 2023Special edition versions of the GT Pro and Rally Pro Triumph is preparing to add a pair of special edition Tiger 900 models for 2023, according to updated vehicle certification data from Australia. Available for both the road-going Tiger 900 GT and the more off-road equipped Tiger 900 Rally, the special edition models are likely in recognition of Iván Cervantes’ victory for Triumph in the 2022 Baja Aragón last July. Australian homologation data for the Tiger 900 models was updated just before Christmas, adding two new variants: Tiger 900 GT Aragon Edition and Tiger 900 Rally Aragon Edition.

Sun, 13 Nov 2022Now it’s the Triumph Street Scrambler, but 10 years ago it was the Triumph only Scrambler, and it was time to open fire with the Steve McQueen marketing machine. Seems to have worked, really, and Triumph has seen fit since then to update the base Scrambler with a bigger new liquid-cooled Twin that still looks vintage. Wed, 02 Nov 2022Limited Edition Street Triple Moto2 Edition Headlines The Show Triumph has announced a shakeup to its ever-popular Street Triple range today, introducing not one, but three evolutions to the family, creating what it says is “the most powerful Street Triple range ever.” Building off the success it has forged by being the sole engine supplier for the Moto2 racing category, Triumph now introduces the Street Triple R, Street Triple RS, and the Street Triple 765 Moto2 Edition – the latter of which will be relegated to just 765 units worldwide. Unlike Honda, whose CBR600RR engine was the basis of the Moto2 category during its birth, Triumph has used the racing category to advance the 765cc three-cylinder engine shared between the race bikes and production bikes. The latest Street Triple range is the beneficiary of those advancements.

2023 Triumph Modern Classics Range Get New Colors, New Names
Tue, 05 Jul 2022Speed Twin 900 and Scrambler 900 name changes are now official Triumph announced updated color options for its Bonneville “Modern Classics” range, as well as new names for the Street Scrambler and Street Twin. The 2023 paint schemes are generally more vibrant than the 2022 colors, a change brought about in part from the popularity of last year’s Gold Line edition models. Confirming the news we first reported in May, the Street Scrambler has been renamed the Scrambler 900, while the Street Twin will now be called the Speed Twin.
