EICMA 2013: 2014 Triumph Thunderbird LT

As we expected after reading California Air Resource Board documents, Triumph revealed a new LT version to its Thunderbird family, alongside the also-new Thunderbird Commander at the 2013 EICMA show in Milan. Triumph Announces Special Edition Rocket 3, Street Twin and Thruxton Models

Bolder new graphics Triumph announced four new special edition models, each featuring a special livery that will only be offered for the 2022 model year. The 2022 special edition models are the Street Twin EC1, Thruxton RS Ton Up and the 221 Edition Rocket 3 R and Rocket 3 GT. Each SE model is mechanically the same as their respective regular versions, but featuring a unique livery.

Triumph Teases Speed Triple 1200 RR Prototype

Faired Speed Triple tabbed for 2022 model year Triumph has started teasing a new faired version of the Speed Triple across its social media channels. Details remain scarce, as Triumph seems to have planned a long teaser campaign (and we know how much our readers love those), but we can form some conclusions based on the images we’ve seen, and on the name: the Speed Triple 1200 RR. From the name, it’s obvious the sportbike will be based on the Speed Triple 1200 RS, with a similar cast aluminum frame and 1160cc Triple which claims 177 hp at 10,750 rpm and 92 lb-ft.
