2023 Triumph Modern Classics Range Get New Colors, New Names
Tue, 05 Jul 2022Speed Twin 900 and Scrambler 900 name changes are now official Triumph announced updated color options for its Bonneville “Modern Classics” range, as well as new names for the Street Scrambler and Street Twin. The 2023 paint schemes are generally more vibrant than the 2022 colors, a change brought about in part from the popularity of last year’s Gold Line edition models. Confirming the news we first reported in May, the Street Scrambler has been renamed the Scrambler 900, while the Street Twin will now be called the Speed Twin.
Motorcycle Drifting, Part 2.
Fri, 13 Jan 2012Today’s Friday Fun Video comes courtesy of the marketing department at Icon Motorsports. Following the success of their first motorcycle drift video, featuring Nick Brocha on a stretched Kawasaki ZX-10R scorching rubber with Jim Guthrie on a Corvette-powered Mazda RX7, the guys set out to one-up themselves. With this video, I think it’s safe to say “Mission Accomplished.” This time around, Brocha is joined by Ernie Vigil and they’re riding modified Triumph Speed Triples.
A Triumph Bonneville Unlike Any Other
Thu, 16 Jan 2014The Bucephalus is not just another “Old Meets New” custom. It’s a completely fresh idea from Loaded Gun Customs, builders of other wild machines, combining a 1967 Triumph Bonneville twin — an iconic engine in its own right — and surrounding it with state-of-the-art performance components. Basically, if motorcycle engines ceased production in 1967, this would be a modern day racebike.
