Triumph Other tech info
Triumph Other description
2008 model Triumph America (U.S. spec). First sold in 2010. Bike was part of a consignment from the U.S.A. I shipped in. All import taxes etc paid for the European Union already. Was going to be a project bike, but I need the space for more bikes I'm importing, so I am selling this. Engine and frame are sound, the forks could do with some work. Some other cosmetic damage, but apart from that the bike is fine. No battery at the moment for it, but it runs nicely (tested in the States before shipping). Mileage is really low, barely has 3000 miles (4850km) on the clock and the bike has never seen rain and has been in storage since it arrived. Bike is in the Czech Republic, but never registered here so you will have to register it in your own country as it is still on a California title. I have all the relevant documents (import duties paid, change of ownership etc).
Would suit a Triumph nut who wants a project for the winter or someone looking for a low mileage engine for something else. Pick up this bargain today! Make me an offer that is sensible and I will consider it. I cannot transport, so buyer will have to pick up the bike. |

Total and utter destruction
Thu, 15 Sep 2011Poor Ashley Beech. You've gotta feel for him. After a fraction too much throttle on the run down to Donington's Old Hairpin, the rear breaks grip amd he starts what should be a graceful slide across Craner Curve's neatly mown grass.
2011 Triumph Speed Triple - Long term test bike
Mon, 21 Feb 2011The 2011 Speed Triple is Triumph's latest overhaul of this iconic bike. It has a new frame, new suspension, new swingarm, wheels, bodywork, tank, new clocks, new headlights, in fact pretty much everything is new, everything except the engine that is! Many look at a bike's engine as its heart and soul.
Best of British

It's being put together by a small team of people headed by former MCN editor and lifelong fan of British engineering, Jim Lindsay. "The driving force behind the project," says Lindsay, "Is to showcase some of the amazing expertise that exists in the British motorcycle industry." Enigma is being designed as a sharp-handling road bike with all-day comfort as one of the key goals.
